Sarah was brilliant for us. From our initial contact via a price comparison site she kept us informed of the process, fees, and how/when she would undergo the survey. It was a quick process with Sarah visiting the property we wanted to buy within four working days and we received her homebuyers level 2 survey report three days after the visit. The report was very detailed and flagged quite a few issues with the property which we didn't previously know about. Sarah then offered to talk us through her findings and a follow up call was arranged with her explaining why she had rated certain things, such as the roof and chimney stacks, as in need of serious repair. She then recommended solutions and talked us through potential next steps which was incredibly helpful. If any further questions arise or we are unsure over any stage of the process going forward, for example which specific tradesperson to contact for which job, Sarah is on the end of the phone to guide us in the right direction. She was kind, fair, and honest throughout and did a top class job for us. I would certainly recommend her services.

SJH is very efficient. I gave instruction of surveying on Thursday. The inspection was carried out on Tuesday of the following week, and the report was sent to me two days after. The report is in detail, lists out every observations and suspected issues, which many of them were not spotted by me during the viewing. Minor typos are found in the report though. Not affects the content, but will look more professional if improved. Sarah is also very friendly and helpful too. She answered my every queries and provided valuable recommendations.
